We are open for routine eye care in Nelson and Castlegar.
In accordance to provincial guidelines, both our Nelson and Castlegar clinics are open for routine care and we are taking appointments.
The safety of our patients and staff is of the utmost importance to us, and we are taking precautions such as thorough cleaning and disinfection of equipment and surfaces between patients, limiting the number of patients in the office at any time, and masks are being worn by staff and doctors. We have also removed all magazines and toys from our waiting room and we have spaced the waiting room chairs appropriately. For more information see our COVID-19 safety plan.
We ask all patients to wear masks to their appointments and to use our provided hand sanitizer upon entering and exiting the clinic. We also ask that patients arrive for their appointments alone when possible. Any patients having potential COVID-19 symptoms currently or within the last 10 days (such as fever, cough, chills, loss of sense of smell or taste, sore throat, new muscle aches, or significant fatigue), or have been outside of Canada within the last 14 days, will not be seen and must reschedule.
We are currently accepting appointments in Nelson and Castlegar and we thank you for your support.
Sincerely,
Selkirk Eyecare Team
